Order Information

  • Most Items are in stock for overnight delivery.
  • There is No Minimum Order Requirement.
  • All Stock Orders received before 4:00 PM (EST) are shipped the same day.
  • Any Back Orders will be shipped as the Items become available.

Special Orders

  • Any Item manufactured with different stone color or quality, gold purity or color, or special size and alteration is considered a Special Order.
  • We usually take 3 to 5 weeks to process Special Orders.
  • Special Orders will not be accepted for Credit unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Product Information

  • Prices, Weights, Qualities and Availability of Items are subject to change without any prior notice due to fluctuations in the prices of Gold and Diamonds and/or any changes in the models.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue any Item or make amendments thereof. Gram weights may also change on some Items due to our “Product Improvement Policy”. This may also affect our merchandise prices.
  • Diamond Carat Weights represent approximate Total Weight (T.W.) of all Diamonds in the Items.
    Please refer to the Diamond Fractions & Weight Variance Chart.
  • Many 10KT Styles are available in 14KT Gold or can be ordered.
  • Many Styles are available in Yellow & White Gold or can be ordered.
  • Ladies Rings are approx. Size 6 to 7 and Men’s Rings are approx. Size 10.
  • Bracelets & Bangles are Size 7” and in Necklaces are between Size 16” to 18”.
  • All Pendants come with appropriate Chains in Size 18” and are priced accordingly.
  • Color Stone Styles may be available or ordered in different Color Stone Centers.

Shipping Policy

  • All Orders of in-stock merchandise are shipped within 24 hours. Out of stock items will be automatically backordered unless otherwise requested.
  • All Shipments including backorders are subject to shipping and insurance charges.

ASHI Credit Policy

  • All customers wishing to open an ASHI Account must complete an ASHI Credit Application Form, ASHI Customer Profile Form and AML Form. Click here to Download Account Forms >
  • Our Standard Payment Terms are Net 30 Days. We offer Extended & Seasonal Terms for approved accounts.
  • We accept all Major Credit Cards - Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. A Transaction Fee of 3.25% for American Express Card and 2.75% for Visa, Master Card & Discover Card will apply. All customers willing to use Credit Card, must complete Credit Card Authorization Form.
  • We offer 2% Early Payment Discount for payments made within 10 days of the invoice date. This Discount will not be offered on payments made via Credit Cards and on COD Invoices. Offer not valid for Services, Flyer or Marketing Invoices.
  • All Open Invoices 30 Days Past Due will incur 1.5% per month Finance Charge. This policy does not affect any seasonal or special terms that have been extended to you.
  • ASHI has been a Member of the Jewelers Board Of Trade for over 25 years and we have recently partnered with them in the JBT Interchange Program where we are required to submit our Customer’s Aging Report electronically to JBT every month. If you have any past due balances – these will be reported to JBT and reflected in your JBT Credit Report. To avoid any decreases in JBT Credit Ratings, please keep your account in current status.

ASHI Return Policy

  • All Returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RA #) before merchandise can be returned to ASHI. Before sending back merchandise for Return, please follow below steps:
    • Please contact your ASHI Salesmen or ASHI’s Return Department at 212-319-8291 to obtain RA #.
    • Please make sure to record the RA # and to write the RA # on the Outside of the Package.
    • Copy of Invoice/Memo must accompany all Returns.
    • Please insure, pack and secure all packages with care.
    • Merchandise received without proper paperwork/RA # will be returned at customer’s expense.
  • Any item that has been altered or modified will not be accepted for Return.
  • Merchandise will only be accepted twice a year. (please contact your ASHI Salesmen for complete information) For large value or multiple item returns, please fax a list of items for approval. Unapproved items will be returned back to customer at their expense.
  • There will be a 10% restocking fee for all returns not authorized by ASHI Return Department.
  • There will be a $10 - $30 charge per item for items that need to be refinished before they can be put back into our stock for shipping.
  • All items must be carefully packed in separate poly-bags and properly marked with the correct ASHI Style # prior to being returned. Customer will be responsible for any charges for refinishing, polishing etc. on account of mishandling of the merchandise.
  • If defective/wrong merchandise has been shipped to your company, please contact our Customer Service/Return Dept. making sure the merchandise is returned within one week. Returns will not be accepted in case of failure to inform our Customer Service/Return Dept. within one week to receipt of merchandise.
  • Special Orders and Discontinued Styles will not be accepted for Credit unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Jewelry Delivered by the ASHI Salesmen or Closeout Merchandise will not be accepted for Returns.
  • Invoice Memo Merchandise sent to show your customers – unless Sold - must be Returned Back within 10 Days to ASHI – otherwise there will be a 5% Restocking Fee.
  • Please examine each item carefully before returning. All ASHI Jewelry product are Trademarked with our registered Logo . This Trademark can be found on the shank of rings, behind the earring and pendant or on the tongue/clasp of bracelets.

ASHI Repair Policy

  • All Repairs must have a Return Authorization Number (RA #) before merchandise can be sent to ASHI for Repairs. Before sending back merchandise for Repairs, please follow below steps:
    • Please contact your ASHI Salesmen or ASHI’s Repairs Department at 212-319-8291 to obtain RA #.
    • Please make sure to record the RA # and to write the RA # on the Outside of the Package.
    • Copy of Invoice/Memo must accompany all returns for Repairs.
    • Please insure, pack and secure all packages with care.
    • Merchandise received without proper paperwork/RA # will be returned at customer’s expense.

ASHI stands by its jewelry products and commitment to quality work. This statement holds true whether the merchandise is a promotional or a fine quality price point item. ASHI will do its best to repair merchandise sent to us, which is an ASHI manufacturing defect at no charge to you.

ASHI is not responsible for customer damaged jewelry, wear and tear, or outside jewelry work (such as sizing or soldering) done on jewelry items. However, we will repair these items at a nominal charge (our cost of replacing stones, gold links, jewelry work, setting and labor charges). This charge will only be on items that fit in the above criteria.

Before the merchandise is put to Repair, we will fax or call you on the particulars of the item, the repair to be done and any charges.

All Repairs or Special Order will take approximately 3 to 5 weeks from date of receipt or your approval to be processed and returned. We will try our utmost to be fast and efficient. Contact our Repair Department at 212-319-8291 for any repair or special order information.
