The Custom Quote option is conveniently available both in the header section and on the product detail page of the website. This feature enables you to request a quotation for any Jewelry Style, with the flexibility to customize aspects such as Metal Color, Metal Karat, Size, Diamond Quality, Diamond Weight, Center Stone, or Color Stone. Additionally, you can specify an approximate budget and upload a reference image or sketch. Upon submission of these requirements, our team will promptly provide you with a Custom Quote for the requested product.

ASHI retains the right to modify, decline, or cancel custom quotes at its discretion. Custom Quote styles are non-returnable. While most custom styles are completed within a specified timeframe, unforeseen production delays may occur. All delivery dates and times are estimated, and ASHI will not be held liable for any special or consequential damages resulting from delivery delays.

Furthermore, ASHI will not accept designs that, in its sole discretion, may infringe upon another designer's copyright. We reserve the right to showcase custom quote designs on the website and for other appropriate marketing purposes, retaining all intellectual property rights in the custom quote designs.

Access to ASHI Products

ASHI is under no obligation to ship or sell products to any specific retailer. We reserve the right to restrict sales to only approved retailers and those retailers that accept the ASHI Terms of Sale and Payment Agreement. Diamond Carat Weight

ASHI provides quality jewelry products with authentic gold, silver, or platinum with genuine diamonds and/or gemstones. Diamond carat weight is an important ingredient in diamond jewelry. Of course, no two diamonds are exactly alike. Each is cut to maximize its natural beauty. In the process of diamond cutting, stones are sorted by the resulting diamond weight using the decimal system. To give you the best selection and price, our diamonds fall within a range appropriate to each fractional-carat weight listing. Conflict Diamonds

Rhodium Plating

ASHI may use Rhodium Plating in jewelry pieces. White gold, platinum, and some yellow and sterling silver jewelry are rhodium-plated. Rhodium-plated jewelry involves plating the jewelry with a surface that guards against scratches and gives a reflective white appearance. Rhodium plating enhances the luster and durability of metals such as silver and white gold and gives a smooth, shiny finish to the jewelry. These finishes may wear off with frequent use.

ASHI accepts online orders exclusively from its approved retailers. For online orders, please note that style details, prices, and inventory availability may not precisely reflect the order request submitted online, owing to special orders, sizes, or other instructions. There may be additional charges for shipping which will appear on your final invoice.
