With over 30 years in the jewelry industry, Minor has made a career of Executive Sales Management with broad experience in all aspects of Strategic Sales and Sales Training, Team ​Building and National Sales Management. He also has direct experience with Brand Development as well as helping build the Independent Retailers presence in their Market. He previously served as the National Sales Director for Endless Jewelry, the Western Region Sales Manager for Pandora and the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for I B Goodman Company. Al's Sales and Marketing experience making him a perfect addition to the ASHI as National Director of Sales. He will lead the ASHI Sales Rep Team to help Independent Jewelers to grow their business and build their brand.

ASHI Announces the Winner for the #LovebrightValentine Sweepstakes!

Among all the retailers that participated in the Sweepstakes, Van Cott Jewelers from Vestal, New York had the highest number of Sweepstakes entries. ASHI randomly selected the winner from their customer participation list and the lucky Winner who won the magnificent Lovebright Heart Diamond pendant is Christine Flanders from New York! ASHI Diamonds knows a good thing when they see it, so that’s why the New York City–based diamond jewelry manufacturer licensed a unique finding from a Japanese firm in order to unveil its new EMotion Diamonds Collection of pendants.

Some 24 SKUs are made in 14k white, rose, and yellow gold, with diamond weights ranging from 0.2 ct. t.w. to 0.5 ct. t.w. Suggested retail prices are between $725 and $1,300.

“We just unveiled the collection three weeks ago, but 50 accounts have already bought into it,” explained partner Rajeev Pandya to JCK yesterday in a phone interview.

The technology is patented by a Japanese manufacturer and enables center diamonds to swing back and forth a full 60 degrees for 20 seconds. The gold pieces are ready to ship now, and 12 silver styles will be available in January.
