Program Overview

JewelSocial™ is a fully managed social media service designed exclusively for jewelry retailers. Created to help you maintain a consistent and professional online presence, JewelSocial™ manages your social media posting so you can focus on serving customers and growing your business. From curated content to seamless scheduling, everything is managed for you - making social media simpler, smarter, and more effective.

Scope of Services

By enrolling in JewelSocial™, you authorize our team to provide the following services on your behalf:

  1. Creation of professional, jewelry-focused social media content
  2. Writing of curated captions and relevant hashtags
  3. Scheduling and publishing of content to connected social media accounts
  4. Delivery of a pre-made posting calendar in advance, outlining upcoming posts

Retailers may receive up to three professionally curated, high-quality jewelry posts per week across supported platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

Content Review & Calendar Preview

Retailers will receive a monthly content calendar prior to posting. This calendar is provided for visibility and planning purposes and reflects the scheduled content for the upcoming period.

Account Access & Security

  1. JewelSocial™ does not store, access, or retain any social media account passwords.
  2. All social media connections are handled securely through platform’s official authentication process.
  3. Retailers retain full ownership and control of their social media accounts at all times.

If you change your social media account password at any time, you must notify us promptly. A new authorization link will be sent so your accounts can be securely reconnected.

Account Management Responsibilities

JewelSocial™ manages content creation, scheduling, and publishing only.

  1. We do not monitor, manage, or respond to comments, direct messages, or customer inquiries.
  2. Retailers are responsible for engaging with their audience, responding to messages, and moderating comments on their social media accounts.

Platform Availability & Changes

Posting frequency, supported platforms, and service features may evolve over time to align with platform policies, performance insights, and program enhancements. Any material changes will be communicated in advance.

Retailer Responsibilities

By participating in JewelSocial™, retailers agree to:

  1. Maintain active and compliant social media accounts
  2. Notify JewelSocial™ of any account changes that may impact publishing
  3. Ensure that their social media presence complies with platform guidelines and applicable laws

Your Jewelry Store’s Content Responsibility

You are responsible for posting any self-created or independently developed content on your own social media channels. JewelSocial™ does not publish, schedule, or manage content created by you through its platform. The service is limited exclusively to content created, scheduled, and published by the JewelSocial™ team as part of the program.

Billing, Cancellation & Renewal

  1. JewelSocial™ is billed annually.
  2. Service cancellation requires a minimum of 30 days' advance written notice prior to the next billing cycle.
  3. Fees already billed or paid are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun

Platform Availability, Outages & Changes

Temporary service interruptions, delays, or posting issues may occur due to platform outages or system maintenance beyond our control. JewelSocial™ is not responsible for disruptions resulting from such platform-related issues.

Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

We may utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to create or enhance content as part of the service. This may include, but is not limited to, the generation of live model images and video reels, the enhancement of jewelry images and videos, and the creation of captions and hashtags.

Acceptance of Terms

Participation in the JewelSocial™ program constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Use. Continued use of the service indicates ongoing agreement with any updates or revisions.

Other Terms

If any of these Terms of Use is deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that term shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining terms. These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between ASHI and you regarding the subject matter herein. ASHI reserves the right to change or modify these terms of use at any time.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ASHI, its affiliates, parents, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, representatives, and third-party providers to the website from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this agreement by you. ASHI reserves the right to assume, at its sole expense, the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with ASHI in asserting any available defenses.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law

The JewelSocial™ Program is controlled and operated by ASHI from its office in New York, the United States of America, in conjunction with our Website Licensors and third-party service providers. While the JewelSocial™ may be accessed from other locations, by accessing it, you agree that these Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to its conflicts of law principles. You also consent to personal jurisdiction in New York City and the State of New York for any dispute arising hereunder. Please note that the JewelSocial™ Program is intended for residents of the United States only. No software from this Program may be downloaded, exported, or re-exported in violation of any law, including, without limitation, to countries that are subject to U.S. export restrictions.
